To Create an Organization from a Template
You can create an organization from an organization template. This lets you quickly create an organization with predefined attributes, relationships, and security.

Use either the Templates or Classes tab to select the template you want.
On the Templates tab, templates are presented in a straight list that you can filter. On the Classes tab, templates are found under the class group they belong to.

OK.
An organization is created based on the selected template.
